Andrei Vitiuk
I have been in digital since 2010, building websites before anyone called that a career. In 2015 I joined Synergy University in Moscow and worked up to running a sales group. In 2017 I moved to Dubai as part of the campus launch and spent the following years as Commercial Director — taking admissions from three students a month to hundreds, and running a hundred-person department across sales, marketing, training and quality control.
What I learned there is boring and unfashionable. Enrollment is not a marketing problem. It is an operations problem wearing a marketing costume. Most institutions do not need better creative. They need someone to answer the phone in four minutes instead of four days, and a system that makes that happen whether or not anyone is watching.
At VNSCO I own the demand side. Positioning, traffic, product, the machinery that turns a stranger into a booked call. Ilia takes it from there.

Positioning, growth, product and the technology stack. I decide what we build and why anyone would want it. I also write the contracts.
